Most beloved and predictable lake on FLW Tour will feature some of the best pros in bass fishing
PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (Aug. 31, 2011) – The Walmart FLW Tour on Lake Champlain presented by Snickers Peanut Butter Squared will visit Plattsburgh, N.Y., Sept. 15-18 for the ninth tournament of the season. Hosted by the City of Plattsburgh – New York and the Adirondack Coast Visitors & Convention Bureau, the tournament will feature as many as 310 top bass anglers casting for top awards up to $125,000 cash in the Pro Division and up to $25,000 cash in the Co-angler Division.

MINNEAPOLIS (Aug. 30, 2010) – FLW Outdoors announced Monday that professional angler Jim Gildea and co-angler Peter Demoya have been disqualified from the recent FLW Series Eastern Division event held on Lake Champlain Aug. 25-28. Gildea and Demoya violated the off-limits rule by practicing for and fishing a local tournament on Lake Champlain the previous weekend.

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (Aug. 28, 2010) –Shinichi Fukae of Palestine, Texas, caught a five-bass limit weighing 18 pounds, 7 ounces Saturday to win $49,349 in the FLW Series Eastern Division tournament on Lake Champlain with a four-day catch of 20 bass weighing 73-12.

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (Aug. 27, 2010) – Jason Ober of Johnstown, Pa., caught a 5-bass limit weighing 20 pounds, 4 ounces Friday to recapture the lead in the FLW Series Eastern Division tournament on Lake Champlain. With a three-day catch of 15 bass weighing 58-13, he now holds a solid 3-pound, 8-ounce lead over his closest competitor, Shinichi Fukae of Palestine, Texas heading into the final day of competition.

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (Aug. 26, 2010) – Chevy pro Anthony Gagliardi of Prosperity, S.C., caught a five-bass limit weighing 19 pounds, 15 ounces Thursday to capture the lead in the FLW Series Eastern Division tournament on Lake Champlain with a two-day catch of 10 bass weighing 39-11.

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (Aug. 25, 2010) – FLW pros Jason Ober of Johnstown, Pa. and David Wolak of Wake Forest, N.C., each landed five bass weighing 21 pounds, 2 ounces Wednesday to lead day one of the FLW Series Eastern Division tournament on Lake Champlain. They share a 1-pound, 5-ounce lead in the tournament featuring 146 pros and 146 co-anglers representing 35 states and Canada.

Eastern Division Tournament to Feature Top Bass Anglers from 35 States and Canada
PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (Aug. 11, 2010) – The FLW Series will visit Lake Champlain in Plattsburgh, N.Y., Aug. 25 – 28 for the third of four stops in the Eastern Division circuit. Hosted by the City of Plattsburgh – New York, the tournament will feature as many as 300 top bass anglers casting for top awards up to $50,000 in the Pro Division and a Ranger 177TR with a 90 horsepower Evinrude or Yamaha outboard in the Co-angler Division.
