(April 17, 2011) – Clifford Pirch of Payson, Ariz., caught a five-bass limit weighing 16 pounds, 10 ounces Sunday to win $125,000 at the Walmart FLW Tour on Lake Chickamauga presented by National Guard with a four-day catch of 20 bass weighing 77-3.

The Chattanooga Convention Center housed the main event and a lively crowd grew still as each weight was settled and the fates of the 14 hopeful TBF anglers hung in the balance. All 14 Division Champions earned berths to the 2011 Walmart BFL All-American presented by Chevy in Shreveport, La., May 19-21, and the national champions qualified for the prestigious Forrest Wood Cup presented by Walmart.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (April 16, 2011) – Clifford Pirch of Payson, Ariz., caught a five-bass limit weighing 16 pounds, 14 ounces Saturday to retain the lead at the Walmart FLW Tour on Lake Chickamauga presented by National Guard and advanced to the top 10 as the crucial No. 1 seed. With a three-day catch of 15 bass weighing 60-9, he now holds a 1-pound lead in the tournament going into the final day of competition.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (April 16, 2011) –Sgt. Jimmy Frank and Spc. William Frank, both of Madisonville, Tenn., won the National Guard FLW Soldier Appreciation Tournament held on Lake Chickamauga Saturday. The team, fishing with National Guard angler Doc McGhee of Blackstone, Va., caught three bass for a total of 12 pounds, 14 ounces to take the title and bragging rights amongst their peers.

Fourteen Division Champions Advance
KIMBALL, Tenn.,(April 15, 2011)- Torrential downpours didn’t stop the show today as 94 TBF State Champion anglers fought until the bitter end on day two of the 2011 Federation National Championship presented by National Guard on Lake Nickajack in Kimball, Tenn. Fourteen TBF anglers advanced to the final round to vie for the National Champion titles and they put it all on the line today through the elements and came out 2011 Division Champions and earned berths in the Walmart BFL All-American presented by Chevy.
