MINNEAPOLIS (Dec. 9, 2010) – FLW Outdoors has announced the 2011 National Guard FLW College Fishing schedule along with paybacks, rules and entry information. Collegiate anglers can begin registering Monday, Dec. 13, at 6 p.m. Central time at CollegeFishing.com.

Cross Lake to host BFL All-American presented by Chevy
MINNEAPOLIS (Nov. 10, 2010) – FLW Outdoors, the world’s largest tournament-fishing organization, announced the 2011 Bass Fishing League schedule and entry dates. The BFL continues its longstanding tradition as the nation’s leading provider of affordable, close-to-home tournaments in 2011 with 24 divisions serving weekend anglers. Each division consists of four one-day qualifying tournaments and a two-day super tournament. Payouts, formats and entry fees for qualifiers and super tournaments remain unchanged. BASS announced Thursday the schedule for the 2011 Bass Pro Shops Bassmaster Opens, which will conclude with each event’s final-day weigh in at select Bass Pro Shops locations. The popular Open tournament structure will again feature three qualifying series in a Southern, Central and Northern Division.

TUSTIN, Calif., May 18, 2010 – Pinnacle Fishing has announced the addition of four accomplished BASS and FLW angling professionals – Paul Elias, Dave Wolak, Britt Myers and Grant Goldbeck – to its pro staff.

MINNEAPOLIS (Nov. 10, 2009) – FLW Outdoors, the world’s leading tournament fishing organization, announced Tuesday that Rapala will become an official sponsor of FLW Outdoors in 2010. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Change to 2010 MDNR Tournament Permit Procces Made

For various reasons, the tournament permit process is in a little flux right now with the MDNR considering changes. As of November 2, 2009 for the 2010 season, DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY UNLESS your event will have 50 boats (vehical/trailers) or greater. If you have 50 boats or more, the permit fee will be $50 for weekdays and $100 for Saturday or Sunday.
