BUCHANAN, Tenn. (Oct. 30, 2011) – Prevacid pro Dan Morehead of Paducah, Ky., weighed a five-bass limit totaling 19 pounds, 5 ounces Sunday to win the EverStart Series Championship on Kentucky Lake with a four day total of 20 bass weighing 61 pounds, 4 ounces. For his victory, Morehead earned $50,000 plus a 198VX Ranger boat with a 200-horsepower Evinrude or Mercury outboard motor.

Adaptability will be key to fall bass fishing on Kentucky Lake
BUCHANAN, Tenn. (Oct. 19, 2011) – The EverStart Series is headed to Kentucky Lake Oct. 27-30 for the 2011 championship event. This tournament will feature the top 40 pros and 40 co-anglers from each of the five EverStart Series divisions. They are competing for a top award of up to $50,000 plus a Ranger 198VX bass boat with a 200-horsepower Evinrude or Mercury outboard in the Pro Division and a Ranger 177TR bass boat with a 90-horsepower Evinrude or Mercury outboard plus $5,000 in the Co-angler Division.

Division 57 competitors Roger and Sueanne Brow win in drawing
NBAA National Director Jack Horning reports they decided to cancel tournament fishing competition for today's Blue Challenge and tomorrow's Red Challenge after talking to local authorities about lake conditions. As NBAA rules dictate, a drawing was held with the team of Roger and Sue Ann Brow from Michigan division 57 won first place and the new Tracker boat.
