Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Great response so far folks. 22 boaters, and 15 co. Dan says it may be the biggest turnout yet. Should be a great time. Tell all your friends. Ladies,I keep hearing from Dan about the large numbers of ladies joining the site. To my knowledge, none have signed up yet. We want ALL members at this event. Please join us on the water this spring. We have lots of room. And to all, we will have great eats afterwards. I cant wait.

That's not right...

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

Poor guy.  I lived 17 miles from Toledo Bend, on the Louisiana side.  What a bummer.  To be down there with no boat....better reconsider that one.

enter as a boater -- lets have fun and catch fish -- and isnt there a rule that you cant win the Grandt rod 2 years in a row (SJ)!!!

Skip Johnson

Go Big or Go Home!

djkimmel

Probably won't think about that type of rule until I hit the 15,000+ member mark and start giving away boats... ;D

Dan - can I go out with you this year - non boater - and fish the local "channels" with you ??  ;D  ;D

I see you and your 5 lbers each year !!

ANyway - put me in for a non-boater ?
Thanks Dan for bringing year round Catch and Release to Michigan

djkimmel

I will put you in. The luck (or 'un-luck') of the draw will do the rest!! Actually, last year, MadWags guided me to the 5-9 that was my first Lake St Clair smallie of the year!!

Hi Dan,

I am interested in fishing as non-boater again. Hope you can find me a partner as good as the  one you set me with last tournament.  ;)

Mojo

and the year before in the spring with your 'other 5-8' smallie ??   :o Its ok Dan !  There is no shame in putting on and hosting a tournament and winning big bass every year ... wasnt it last year started saying you dont count upirself in the run for the money ???

,,,, I say to everyone, if Dan fishes, and he cracks a big bag or big bass, he owns the prize.
Thanks Dan for bringing year round Catch and Release to Michigan

mikesmiph

No reason why Dan shouldnt be eligible for the prizes. Hes fishing just like the rest of us.

djkimmel

Not last spring. I don't fish as well when I'm lying down on the deck ;D

I don't expect to be a major threat on St. Clair. There's usually a 6 pounder or two weighed in there anyway.

Firefighter Jeff

Hey Dan, I'm interested.  Preferably as a non-boater.  I'm just not ready to commit yet.  It needs to be a little closer for me to see if I can make it.  Don't worry, I won't put in a request at the last minute.

csfishslayer

Dan can you put Jerkbait Down as non Boater he no longer has the net and is only able to get on once in a blue moon. he asked me to add him him to the list Thanks

That's not fair!  You can't butter Dan up like that.  Not 2 times in a row!
