Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

I'm in as a non boater,  hubby's in as a boater.  Will we be fishing only american water?  We have never fished it this time of year,  so hopefully he will be fishing with someone that knows where to go.

We have always fished it with other people not in our own boat,  but it looks like so far there are more non boaters.  If it works out that you don't need us to bring our boat let us know Dan.

I will see if the boss will make a donation of some hats or something too.

I'll be there - Boater.

I don't think Canada is open for CIR, so I believe we'll be limited to US waters.

Michigan waters only - updated the information above.

I try to make sure there are as few boats as possible with no one that knows the water. I also like to have a mini-seminar before we launch on where to fish. If someone really needs help - I'll have my boat this year and they can follow me. Fish right by me.

I'll have a better idea about boaters and nonboaters within a couple weeks at most. Last year we ran short, but just tripled up some of the bigger boats so everyone got to fish... and catch some fish!!! That's what this event is all about.

Nonboaters, bring life jackets if you can just to make sure we have enough.

I will put a post up shortly asking for donated items for prizes and promotion to participants. I appreciate any thing anglers might like.

I should be in as a Boater...If the weather hurries up and warms up and I can get everything done on my boat...
Do they have the Golden rules with the "right marks" on them at Gander Mountain or BPS???

Peace.
It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.

Do you think my 20 footer is big enough, or should I borrow my uncles 24' salmon boat???  Kidding, in as a BOATER, and don't know anything about the place, so may be up to look around a little the day before.  Any open takers to show us around a little?

Live to fish, Fish to live.

thatta boy Jav!! good to see your going to make it out there. You know im rolling with you if you go a day early. your boat will be just fine on st clair, it doesnt get to crazy out there. We both seen what lake michigan can dish out and I dont think it ever gets that bad. Get ready to put your arm in a sling after that weekend, its going to be a blast!!
