Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Yesterday at the Natural Resources Commission meeting in Lansing, science prevailed thanks to many, many persons who took the time to write in, and especially those who showed up to speak before the Commission on Commissioner Walters’ amendment to close bass fishing on the Inland Waterway and Black Lake from May 1 until the third Saturday in June.

My patience for repeatedly bringing up the past between certain people on the West side of Michigan is extremely thin. Please do not test it. I may overreact and do something I probably won't regret.

GreatLakesBass.com is 100% a no trolling and no duplicate membership website. Anyone found doing these types of activities will not be a member for very long. There should be plenty to talk about with fishing and tournaments THIS and FUTURE years. Thank you.

I just though that last year the Labor Day open was under the ROI name, that's why I posted here. I'm really excited for that day. I never get to fish 8 hour tournaments that start in the morning. Can't wait.

Mike S, you're fine. You just want to fish and you were just asking. No problem with that. The post only started to turn towards the 'dark side' because someone tried to make it so. Most posts are usually fine until someone comes along that enjoys that kind of thing. I don't enjoy that kind of thing.

I do enjoy your forward-looking enthusiasm and friendly participation though. You just be you and let me worry about things like trolls and people hiding behind screen names... stuff like that. That's what I'm here for.

Thanks!

Awesome. My partner and I have been talking about it for a couple weeks now. We definitely want to fish it.

Brandon, did you work the Al and Bob's booth at the Grand Rapids fishing show?  I think I may have talked to you about the NEO tournaments there.

Yes sir that was me running around in a blaze orange jersey LOL. Glad you guys are looking forward to it,

I hear it took 22 pounds to win a tournament on Fremont yesterday. Team Migoski I believe. Brother/Sister or Brother/Brother?

djkimmel

I have already mentioned on facebook that I'm moving Fremont Lake up higher on my todo list!

Brother/Sister. ;D   Come on up Dan, Tx Aug. 5th, big fish for the taking!

djkimmel

Rather than donate to any of your gas funds, I will probably just get there 1 of these days with someone local for some non-tournament fishing. Cheaper and easier on what's left of my ego! Thanks! ;D

Dan, I offered to take you. Offer is still open.

I might have to find a new partner for this one. Mine forgot he will be camping in Ludington that weekend. He doesn't know if he can make it or not.

Yes. I remember that Mike. Thanks. I do want to fish there. Just not sure when I can pull it off yet. I have definitely moved it up higher on my todo list. If I can make it to Fremont, I prefer to my visits be a little more relaxing than the added pressure of tournament competition.

Good luck finding a partner.
