Well went down to Lake St. Clair started to go down towards the mile roads and said the heck with this, turned around and put the boat back on the trailer. There were at least 3 footers and whitecaps, not my idea of fun when it's only 40 degrees. I decided to go hit a spot I know of on a little river and we managed to get into quite a few fish. We caught most of them on firetiger spinnerbaits and a few on tubes. Here's some pics of the bigger ones.

Very nice Fish......Looks like it was a pretty good back up plan...

Those are some nice river bass!

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

Wow,nice FAT smallie...I thought this would be a little early for some of those northern hogs?

TheFishinPollock

Actually thats 2 different ones. The first was much heavier.   The water up here  is anywhere from 45 to 54  that I found on an inland lake.   I just keep to the shallower lakes that heat up faster. The rain we get this week will be warm to so I would expect the temps to hit 60 by the weekend .
