Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

So much water.  So many lures.  So little time.

The boats were filling up the parking lot today. They are busy moving them over for the show.

Big dreams

Is anyone else dissappointed in this years show?  Seems like there were more booths non related to fishing than normal.  Between Lower Back pain, jerky, and a few other booths, seemed like a waste of time.  We ended up walking out after one walk through and headed to BassPro.  It just seemed there was so much more a couple of years ago with much better deals.

The only reason worth going to fishing shows anymore from a bass anglers perspective is to hang with your fishing buddies. The seminars are all the same if you been around awhile your not hearing anything new, the deals I mean what deals online is still the way to go and the bass vendors seem to be dwindling every year.
FISH HARD!!!

Yep going to see some buds is about the only reason to go to the show.  Also to help Dan out.   I know the vendors pay quite a price to have a booth so the prices are above what you can get at the big stores or online.  I stopped at the Lowrance display 3 times Firday afternoon to look at the new HDS7 Gen 2 but the guys there really didn't know anything about it.

Could see KVD's show from the booth but it was hard to hear him.  Did watch him sign autographs for about 2 hours after.  The guy is a class act.

Got to give the guy who runs the show credit.  He gets great crowds and can sell a beer for $ 6.00 so he must be doing something right.
