I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Hey Dan.  For those of us that haven't been members all that long, could you add first names to the screen names on the lists?? Not everyone for some reason has a first name on their profiles.  Thanks,  Jeff

Jeff, I do not release names or other personal information of anyone on here unless I have specific permission from the person. I do not know the names of many members I haven't met (or being near the half century mark and ahead of the curve on the lack of memory department - those whose name's I've forgotten... again... probably... sorry).

Any member who wishes can choose to post their name here. I usually ask everyone to intro themselves and say hi at the event also.

Anyone who can bring a boat still would be appreciated. On this lake, should be no problem having 3 to a boat though in a few of the bigger boats. I will make sure everyone who wants to fish gets to fish. That is what this event is about.

Hey Dan,  I understand the thought process of not listing names unless you have permission.  I hadn't thought of that.  Personally I don't have a problem listing my first name on my profile or screen name.  Hence the FF Jeff  lololol

Ummmm  I'm in the same boat you are... near the half century mark and ahead of the curve on the lack of memory.  lolol  Maybe we could all wear nametags!  LMAO  jk jk jk    ;D

Stackenum and I are planning on meeting in Howell the morning of, and traveling over via I 96 if anybody would like to car pool give me a shout.

I think I'll have to leave my house about 4 AM at the latest to pull this off.

Does anybody know how long it will take to drive over there from Howell, or Lansing?
So much water.  So many lures.  So little time.

Rough estimate from Lansing is about 2 hours.  But, it all depends on how heavy your foot is.  ;D

Cy

White Lake is almost an hour from Downtown GR and Lansing is about an hour from Downtown GR.  So I would agree that it will take about 2 hours from Lansing, probably 2.5 or so from Howell.

Nametags... Why didn't I think of that!?!

I'd say 2 hours from Lansing. Shouldn't be too bad that time of morning. Just watch out for deer please!

The bass should be biting...

Kimmel, when are you going to complete the boater / non-boater draw?  It would be cool to have a little time for the teams to confer about tackle and patterns before the tournament.

I will do a preliminary drawing tonight and post it later tonight. I have not confirmed everyone is still coming and am working on trying to get at least one more boat so there may be a couple changes afterwards.

No doubt watch out for deer.  When I went to Detroit from Muskegon last year to get my snowmobile, I have never seen so many deer carcasses in my life.  They were everywhere.
