Got out this afternoon, water temp was around 50, beautiful day to be on the water. I got 10 fish, biggest went over 4, all caught on plastics in 5-12 fow. Tried some other baits but had all of my action crawling plastics. As you can see, I fish better upside down.

Very nice!  I love the lakeshore lakes in the fall!!  Now... get off my spot!  LOL!!

If I owned that house behind me I'd never have to start my motor again for the rest of my life! In fact, I only started my main motor to get to one other spot. I'm with you, I love fall smallie fishing. I need to mix in a trip a little south & one 35 minutes north. Actually, what I need to do is spend more time on Mona & Muskegon and save myself some time & $! I'm like a drug addict, I can't control myself & keep driving north with thoughts of catching pig smallies racing through my veins. This is your brain....this is your brain on smallies!

Is that the lake I crunched my trailer fender at?  It sure looks like it. I need to get up there myself.

Me too. That's where the bigger one in the picture I put up a couple weeks ago came from.
