Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

I annually host a kids' tournament in my neck of the woods (Koontz Lake, IN). What we do is partner up each kid with a local tournament angler and have them go at it. They fish for 4 hours hours and bring in any keepers the kids catch and weigh it. This is not for money and prizes. Its a big enough deal for them just to be in a bass boat with someone they view as we do KVD.

We have had guys from this board help us out with tackle, Jeff Regina, Bob Allen, Mark Nelson, Justin Keithley, Scott Taylor, UV Tackle, Nemesis Baits, and Xtreme Bass Tackle. We've also had some members in the past be a boater: Phil Strakowski, Bob Allen, & Mark Nelson.

This year the tournament is on May 14.

Before the T I have always given the kids a free tackle pack provided by businesses and fishermen. This is where I need your help. As you are going through you tackle and taking out what you no longer want, I would gladly take it from you and give it to the kids. It doesn't matter what.

If you would like to see the results of last year's tourney, click on this link: http://www.randbbasscircuit.com/2010_ums_tournament_results.html

You can also look through the website to see all we do for kids.

If you can help us out, send me a pm and I will send you my address or answer any questions you may have.

I, and the kids, appreciate your consideration.

I've been working on my lure inventory and just sold some cranks.  I'll finish it up and see if I can round up anything for you Andy.  I might have a Oslo spinner bait or two.  I'll try to make them appropriate bass colors. LOL   My brothers Larry and Mark, have helped out as boaters for this tournament.  From what they have said and the media coverage, I can say that Andy has done an excellent job with this kids program. I won't be able to help with a boat if you are short, I'll be fishing the members spring open that day.  :)
