I posted this in the other section bob o.  But try www.chryslercareers.com.  They are hiring designers with auto cad experience.  They are UAW represented positions that were negotiated as temporary positions.  The people getting these jobs are also getting the wage that the market is bearing.  That means people are not getting hired at the temp wage that the newspaper writes about.  They are getting hired for a considerable amount more.  The number one item on the International UAW's list is to make all those temporary positions permanent in contract talks due to start in June.  The sooner you can get hired the better.  Good luck and let me know how it goes.
