30% off at Dick's

Just got back from saginaw and thought I would share my experience, I went to Gander Mountain and bought 2 st.croix rods and noticed they had a Quantum e650pt in the case and asked the kid if he knew if it was on clearance. He said it was and that it was $127.98, after I told him Dicks had it at $89.97 he said they would'nt match clearance prices, So I went to Dicks.
I got to Dicks and the guy there told me everything that ends in $.97 is an extra %30 off; well heres how it went.

I'm glad the guy at Gander Mountain did'nt match the price or I would have never gone to dick's today; I thanked him as i was returning the 2 St. Croix rods.? I'm not sure if this is at every Dick's or just the one in Saginaw but I thought i would pass it along.

Almost forgot; Dicks also had the St.Croix pro packs so I got 2 hats, 2 T-shirts, and 2 decals.
