drop-shot tubes on jigs

 anybody ever put some maxi-jigs inside the extreme tubes? tried it the other day and it get's the little guys down on the bottom where the smallies are. found out the lindy- little joes have the bigger hooks that give enough bite when it's needed and you can change weights easily enough, just change jigs. walmart had these on clearance a couple weeks ago..lot's of luck..karol

Why did I never think of that?  Sounds like a great idea for shy fish.  I'll give it a try tomorrow.
