how many of you are interested in going back to Lake Ovid for the frogs only thing this year? i'm going to need some dates first, so check your fishing calander. Mojo and I will host and by host i mean we will set this up like years past, show up late and ask who can bring the scale etc needed for weigh in. I'll have to look up the old posts for money, rules etc.

Might be interested.   Be watching for updates.   Is Ovid a good frog lake.  I remember someone caught a big fish last time you were there.     Kent is fun later in the summer.

Late August or early September.  They cut weeds all summer and there are lots of mats near shore.  Plus the pads get real thick by then.  Maybe August 29 or 30th. The next weekend is Labor day.    The East launch is mid lake with easy access both directions.

Just have to watch for " Rick " island to the west...

I can say that since I hit the same island the first year I had my boat.  Tore up my brand new tuned prop.
