More of a boat ride report than fishing report.   Left here at 5:30 my lake was a sheet of glass.   The closer I got to the east side the fog got thicker and the flags were standing straight out.  Got to Metro and it was breezy out of the north.  Headed out to my first waypoint and caught some small fish.  Head deeper and caught about the same size.  1-2 pounders and some rock bass.  It started to get a little rougher but clearing up so I headed for the channels.   The first set of sea walls had the little schools of minnows but no fish.   A little further up I caught a nice fish and had 2 more chasers.  Had a couple more blow up's and a couple big fish follow my top water but that was it.  Headed back down and fished out in front of the river mouth.  More small fish and rock bass.  Came back across and fished my way back into the ramp catching a couple nice largemouth and some small ones.

Good thing is I know where all the small fish are.  Not sure where the big ones are.   Guess it's back to inland lakes and dock fishing for a while.
