I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

;D I have finally got my new 898 hd unit. Now the question is what card do I need? I am going to link this to my 788 unit on the bow and I have an older nav card in that unit. If I get a new lakemaster card for the 898 will it share waypoints. I got all the cables and things I need to link it together just need to know about the cards.

Thanks
Bill

They will share waypoints no matter which card you use. I use both cards.

I had Navionics NVB on my 997...I bought the Lakemaster...I would highly reccommend Lakemaster....Lakemaster has some Software goodies on HB that you can't get with Navionics...

If you go over to bassboatcentral and go on their Humminbird board Doug Vahrenberg has some really nice screenshots of the Lakemaster setup...

If you go with Lakemaster you need to make sure that you get Version 2 for Michigan...
