Gun lake Is on fire

I went to Gun lake today, instead of Hardy.  Started out at 9 am, found water temps in the mid 50's.  Idled straight across from the State park launch and caught 6 keepers off beds.  Ran over picked up another buddy then ran over to the water fountain and found a few more on beds worked down the shore and found 4 real nice fish all over 4 pounds.  Then back to what I call the combat shore and found a dozen more off beds one near 4.  Fished over to turtle rock and got a few more.  Then finally the storm started blowing in and every time I lifted the rod tip up you could hear is sparking from all the static in the air,  I changed to my Carrot stick and it seemed better but we decided to leave.  Best 5 were 19.7, yeah I like to weigh my fish.

You should post a copy of a Gun Lake map with all those named spots pointed out on it for those of us who are not familiar with the local nicknames.

   Nothing wrong with weighing the fish  !!!!   Most guys on here realize how well you did or didn't do by giving them a creel weight.
