1989 Nitro fish/ski for sale

I have a 1989 black nitro fish/ski combo for sale.? It has a 110 hp Johnson.
Let me start by saying it hasn't run in two summers.?
I know it needs a new starter.
I was selling it two summers ago, when a buyer test driving the boat ran it into a sand bar.? We had to limp back to the boat launch.? Before he did that it was running fine.
I parked it and it hasn't been run since.
What else may be wrong with it, I don't know.

It is an 18' fiberglass boat.?
It is truely a fixer-uper.?

I figured that it's only worth $1500 the way it is, but fixed up it would be worth? more.
