  Placed an order and finally got my stuff, but some of it was damaged   Called and left a message for them stating this, and with the 100% money back gaurantee, told him to give me the address and I will ship them off.  Called me 5 minutes later and explained the problem, is shipping me out new ones free of charge to take care of it.  Not a bad deal and good guys to deal with.  Not many companies that wouldn't ask for their product back or give me a hard time.  I like that.
