I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

After several delays from Humminbird, we sold/delivered our first 360 degree unit to the Montcalm County Sheriff this week.  Looks pretty cool.  Weighs 18 lbs and is about 30" in overall height.  Now if you fall overboard into one of their lakes they will certainly find you!

Somewhere in Ohio?!? Or maybe Indiana...?? It sounds like a hoosier word...

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

Hmmm... did anyone bother to look just north and east of Grand Rapids?   ???

It would be fun to take it out and drill a hole through the ice to see what it looks like.  Are there lakes north of grand rapids.

bigmojet

I think there are 3 lakes north of GR

Frank

I know there is lake Superior

Wow, you guys are funny!   ::)

There are literally 100's of lakes north of GR.  You know... Torch, Elk, Burt, Mullet, etc...  or even the lakes IN Montcalm county (remember what we were talking about earlier??)

It's a sheriff's dive boat... no trolling motor.

Where's grand rapids?

I thought Waterfoul lived in the UP

Eric

I wonder who Montcalm County might get to install that unit on the boat and train everyone on using their new stuff.

Many thanks to the Greenville Community Foundation for the grant that allowed the dive team to get some new equipment.

You suckers be nice to Montcalm County.  Or Simpson will be after you.

They just got another grant.  Looks like we might be putting a t-top and LED lighting on the boat next.

Will you be that installer, Eric?

Eric

Perhaps.  ;) Probably just take that boat home with me one day and do it at home.

And maybe LED by the sounds of it now.

Basschief

I got one on the way, can't wait ;D

Eric

I installed the 1198 and 360 yesterday.  Gonna be cool.  As soon as the ice is gone and (most importantly) the weather is nice, we're taking it out to fine tune everything and play with it.  Hopefully, no one goes missing in Montcalm County waters, but if you do.......we will find you.

And Szot, since you asked, Mecosta County is the one north of Montcalm County.  Where I live (that you hopefully never find). :P
