Lots of ice and a freighter going by.   Open water is a good thing.    ;D

Drove out to Kent at lunch time.   No ice left that I saw.   Lake level look good probably about 3/4 full.  Water is real clear you can see the sandbar off the north beach.   Should be great in 2 weeks.

Drive home from work yesterday showed Lincoln lake looked ice free, and the family walk around Baldwin lake showed that the boat launch still had thin ice as well as some out from the beach, predicting that if we get the weather this weekend they are calling for that most if not all lakes will be good to get on by end of day if not then end of weekend.

Put the boat into Belleville Lake on Saturday.  Much fun, lots of learning. Like going fast.  Driving a boat much different than driving a truck...

May or may not have broken inland speed limit.  I'll never tell...

Driving a bass boat is a lot different than driving a truck for sure. First off... no brakes! :D

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
