 >:(Wow they are making so mad lately. I received prob half of dozen calls in like 4 days and they never answered when I answered. Then when I finally answered they were just trying to sell me the life membership again. This same crap happened last year and had to tell them to stop calling me, then they put me on auto renew without me knowing it. The poor guy who answered the other day sure got an earfull from me(caught me at a bad time after the third call from them that day!) Are they hurting that bad for money? They are starting to remind me of North American Fishing Club!!

 I get the mag. only because it comes with the membership. I do not care for it, Nor do I read it. I take it to work and toss it on the break table. Adding to the employee library

I told them I was already a life member a few weeks ago when they called. They apologized and quit calling. It was right after I signed up for fantasy fishing or something similar. It is an outside company that must want the commission or whatever really bad from what I've heard. Though, that could have been a different membership drive.

Everyone running a business is hurting for funds now. Par for the course.

About a year ago I renewed for 3 years.  A couple months after I renewed, I started getting those calls.  I gave them an earful as well and now my 3 year subscription has strangly converted to 6 months.  I no longer receive the magazine.  The management behind this is letting the company go in my eyes.  These types of situations should not happen!

I got a call from them last night. They told me that my membership was running out and asked me if I would like to renew. I asked them how my membership could run out if I am a lifetime member. She checked my membership and then apologized for the mistake. She told me that they are calling every member because they have a new computer system. She verified my life membership as well as my subscription to Bass Times. She told me that I was subscribed to something else too and I told her I thought it was Bass Insider which comes with your club membership. She did verify that and it was done. I think they are doing an audit because of their new computer system. She was very nice and said she was from B.A.S.S. Customer Service.

If you paid for 3 years, you should get 3 years. Give them a call and ask them about it. Sounds like there was a mix up.

I received a e-mail that my subscription would renew automatically on my visa card in June when it expired.It gave me a number to call by mid May if I did not want it. Well I called 2 days after e-mail and said not to slam it on my card....I was to late. They had already charged my card for 25 bucks for another year.I could not believe it,  made him cancel the deal. I'm done with them.

I just ignore their calls.  I did change the contact number to my work number just so when they call in the evenings there is no one to answer it.

I purchased a two year sub. To bass in march and they still send me notices in the mail, telling me this is my last chance to renew my scrip. When I e-mailed them they told me I must be patient and don't rush them these things take time. Well I'll tell them what, I done with B.A.S.S. and fishing their tournaments after my script runs out. The new N.B.A.A, may be next!
