Predictions? V. Martinez is back. They have added T. Hunter and signed Sanchez to a new contract. Starting pitching looks very strong. However, the closer's spot is murky. Defense has been a little weak.

Whaddaya think? World Series again? Or overrated?

If they can improve on their defense a little bit and find a reliable closer I think they will make another run at the World Series. Their offense should be better than last year with Vmart back and the addition of Hunter

I think they are the real thing.  I think they were a strong team last year but had some bugs and this year I think you will see a more stable pitching staff and stronger hitting team with not as many slumps.  Your right I worry about the defense.  One thing I really don't want to see is Brennan Boesch going to another team.  I really think with some work he could really come around.  So I say this could be the year they WIN the World Series!

Lack of speed is gonna hurt on offense. Gonna need big boys to kerp hitting more than singles. Defense should be better in outfield but still worry about infield.

I went to last world series game and still thawing out. But glad there back. Even if not watching just having game on means warmer temps are near. Love fooling around with tackle and boat in garage with game on or a little country gold Saturday night.

I just got back from Vegas a week and a half ago and they had odds at 8/1. I was tempted but thats a long time to tie up the money. 20/1 id be right on it. Its a long season and anything can happen
