Do you want a chance to fish against the best bass angler in the world, here is your chance.  This Tuesday, August 14th at Gun Lake near Kalamazoo, Michigan.  Kevin VanDam and his co-angler Rich Hale will be competing in NBAA's Division 24.  Rich  won a chance to fish with Kevin earlier this year at the Grand Rapids Ultimate Sport Show in a special casting contest.  This contest helped raise money and awareness for the March of Dimes and its great causes.  This divisional event is sure to be a big hit with anglers coming out to try to beat the best in the world.  So what are you doing Tuesday, will you be fishing against KVD?

Details for this special event:

•Date – August 14, 2012
•Location – Gun Lake
•Ramp/Weigh In – State Park
•Registration – 5:00 – 5:45 pm
•Tournament times – 6:00 – 9:00 pm
•Entry Fee = $42 per team/2 man teams
•Membership – At least one angler in each boat must be an NBAA member
•For more details call 269-838-9482

Did you ask: 'do I want to get beat by KVD?!?' ;D

Not too often you can get a chance to do this anymore unless you qualify for the Elites. I'm betting Rich Hale's odds are pretty good that he wins this event. I have never been on Gun Lake in all these years. I would have to steal LGMOUTH's spots! After I found them somehow.

Maybe we should have a KVD/Hale vs. LGMOUTH/partner poll?

I wonder if they will use KVD's boat?
