I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

I myself don't have a bird

But there all the same
Make sure your in Manual and turn up the sensitivity
And I'll say this but I would hope you know it
You do need to be in cone (area) of were the transducer is reading

I beleive the 200hz is for your sonar and the 455hz is for your down imaging, so you want to use the 200hz.

I use lowrance, but with everything on auto, I can see my drop shot.
I don't think the sonar picks up your plastic so well though, I think its the lead weight that has the density to appear on your display.

Try using a larger weight to get used to positioning and confirm that you're set up correctly.  It's a lot of fun once you do get it figured out.

can u actually see the fish eat it?

t-bone

You can see the mouth open and gulp it down! It is really awesome.... ;-)

The reality is that you can see fish rise to the bait and that can ready you to a strike.
