I was wondering if anybody had some of the older colors that were discontinued. I was looking for green grit and avacado copper flake if you have any you want to sell hit me up. Thanks

Firefighter Jeff

Welcome to the site Tite.  I have a grub color that I can't find anymore either.  Not sure the name of it. It must be discontinued.  :(

There were lots of custom colors floating around the Great Lakes. I think this store has changed since its old days of being a source of tons of custom colors and specializing in Kalin's grubs, but who knows - things do go in a circle. Maybe they can still help.

They used to give me a 10% good guy discount but that was a looonnnggg time ago and another Dan worked there. I don't know who owns it or what they do now.

As far as I know the same Dan owns it but its sure not the same store, doesn't carry bass stuff like the old days.

I called that place today the guy really didn't know what they had since the ice fishing stuff was out and summer stuff was put away. I told him I would get back with them in the spring. I appreciate the  info guys.

I have some old grubs left from my fathers stuff but they are in bags with no colors or color numbers and I am color blind but I assume they are both green colors?  I can have my wife look through what I have and if its what you want you can have them.

I was thinking someone told me a while ago that he had sold out but could not remember who, what, where, when? That's why I did not appear sure in my post. I had been told by a number of people that it has changed quite a bit since the old days when it was like the center of the Kalin's universe! I imagine tube baits had something to do with changing that.

Change comes whether you want it or not.
