License?  Heck they should go to jail for eco-terrorism.  Just one pair of these fish can ruin a fishery, and when you start thinking about thousands of pounds of them it's downright scarry!

I hate to say this, but I think it is only a matter of time before we see them jumping in Lake Michigan.  Our government has known about this problem for over a decade now.  And they still have yet to fully address the problem to the level of its severity.  darn shame too.  Once the Asian carp reach St. Clair I'm moving down south to Alabama.

These persons should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law as terrorists and dealt with by the Department of Homeland Security.
