Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

For the past 4 yrs my buddies and I have been going to kentucky lake in early Oct for some fall fishing. We have not had very good luck. For 2012 we are going to do a trip here in Mich. I have been looking at the lakes on the west side of mich but Hubbard Lake has caught my attention on the east side. I have cked into the availability of cabins on the lake. We are looking at the end of sept for a trip. I would appreciate any info GLB members can share.
     Thanks,
               Mark

Hubbard is a good numbers lake and there are some big bass. Not hard to find at all. Bad cell phone service and the motel I stayed at last time had NO PHONES!! Never even thought to ask because it was kind of pricey. I don't know if there are many other choices since I've only been there maybe 3 times spread out over a long period of time. I will probably go back one of these years but I may try to find a different place to stay.

Long was fun the one time I went there in September.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

I have relative up there and I am usually up there Labor day weekend.  I have had some good luck there.  Nice, fat smallies.

If you look up Lone Pine Resort on Facebook there are some pics.  The one is my son and I with a 5lbs smallie.  If you look at the other pics you can see what we were fishing out of.  We didnt cover a whole lot of water that
weekend, but we caught some nice fish.
