Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Yesterday at the Natural Resources Commission meeting in Lansing, science prevailed thanks to many, many persons who took the time to write in, and especially those who showed up to speak before the Commission on Commissioner Walters’ amendment to close bass fishing on the Inland Waterway and Black Lake from May 1 until the third Saturday in June.

One of my buds was recently transfered to a GM plant in Ohio.  I'm thinking of hitting the road and visiting him.  Mosquito Lake is close to his place.

I am thinking about checking it out.  I know there are some local tourneys there and 13-16lbs will win.  The Ohio BFL will be there in a few weeks.

Any tips guys?  Not looking for a killer spot, just want to catch some fish with my friend Jay.  :)

Ryan Said and I use to fish a large team tournament there every year first place was 10k it was ran by dobass.com.  The lake is pretty big for an Ohio inland lake if you run the full length og the lake there is a bridge at the far end that kind of splits the lake into two lakes.  Under the bridge the speed limit is 15mph however once there you will see many islands the one called rattle snake island holds a lot of fish on the wind blown side and yes I know this changes daily but so does the holding areas.  The harder it blows the better it can get.  We threw a lot of chatter baits and traps to catch most of our fish.  You can also flip all the shoreline of that island and get bite now and then.
Also on that side of the bridge there is a canal or "river" where there is another launch we have done well at the back of that canal fliping the laydowns and bushes.  Hope this helps I love that lake it is tough but holds fish.  You cant say that for buckeye lake.  Alos Portage Lake near Cleveland is a good lake
