I figure I'll throw this on some 6 lb flouro and my dropshot rod.   

A 7" Tru Tungsten swimbait.  Last pic is a sort of before and after (they were both the same pattern).

I don't have a rod heavy enough to throw it!     My line will snap and it will sink to the bottom of Kent on the first cast...

Fantastic looking paint job. I'm trying to picture this swimbait on the end of a drop-shot rig and i'm thinking it's going to dangle there with the nose pointed upwards and tail downwards? Not a very realistic sight for a baitfish....am i wrong in my picturing ?

Nope, you're not wrong.  It was a joke.  That bait is 7" long and weighs about 2.5 ozs, so it's definitely not a finesse bait.

The only dropshot that ever works for me is dynamite. In fact, that's just about the only way i can get limits-dynamite...lol
