Sanford Lake

Any one hear how the work on the Dam is going??  I was at Wixom today and drove by Sanford.  I saw a lot of boat lifts and docks in that were high and dry.  The sanford park has at least 50 ft of mud between the boat ramp and the water line. 
  I am wondering, they thought it would be back at full pool Oct 5th is that going to happen?

I sure hope it's back up by then.. I read an article online that said it may not go up till the end of October...not sure if that's true or not but I was having a blast on Sanford before the level dropped

They brought it back up sun-mon so people could get boats out, dropping it back down right now. I have not heard anything official yet on the timing of completion. I can tell you they raised it about 2 ft in 24 hrs, so when it's done it won't take long to fill.

Has anyone heard any good news about sanford? Or is that article listed above correct
