Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Yesterday at the Natural Resources Commission meeting in Lansing, science prevailed thanks to many, many persons who took the time to write in, and especially those who showed up to speak before the Commission on Commissioner Walters’ amendment to close bass fishing on the Inland Waterway and Black Lake from May 1 until the third Saturday in June.

I have replaced hooks and o-rings, resorted boxes (which are staked up to my waist), uploaded updates for my side-imaging, cleaned my boat, and rearranged the shelves in the basement where I keep my extra lures, rods, locators, etc. The only things I have left to do are re-line my poles, replace a recirc pump in a livewell, and put in my new Deka Sea Mates (They are group 31s and wont fit in the trays so anyone have suggestions? I was thinking just cut out the back of the tray and have three sides left and the strap to hold it in place.)

well i got my new leaf springs on the trailer, bumped up the trailer at least an inch now the right side tire won't rub the fender. got the new line on the reels, i'm getting closer and closer to being ready to tow the boat any place i want and start casting.

fiker

I gotta respool, grease and oil but that's it.

Unless you count finding a new/used boat.
So much water.  So many lures.  So little time.

new or used it will give you more to do, let's see winterizing, prop work, wheel bearings, tires/pressure, depth finders. gps units, just cleaning the carpet can take an hour or two the list will grow i'm sure

How's the search coming, Rick?

I guess go get my trailer weighed because I can't get it registered unless I weigh it since I bought it from IN. They want me to take the boat off and weigh just the trailer. >:( I'm going to weigh everything and hope that they take it and it's under 2500 lbs. Got to love MI :o

thedude

take your indiana registration slip, scan it. Erase the weight category (in IN its class 1,2,3 etc). Type in 900lbs and print it off.

Basement Remod Update:

1st of 3 rooms (Laundry room) almost finished, just painted a coat of primer.  Hopefully painting and installing floor tile this weekend, then the real work begins...the bathroom and hair salon.  I may be running a bit behind, but with the drywall crew of Brian, Justin and Mike, I should make up some time.... ;D

MadWags

Yeah you'll make up some time on throwing back those brown pops.

Just keep me in coffee. I'll work all day.

Just call the trailer manufacture, they can send you email/fax with the weight.  My tandem Ranger Trail is 1300 lbs.  Entire boat/motor/trailer is just under 5000 lbs loaded.
