Dan, you ever heard of that artesia beach campground? Thinking of camping there a couple nights before the tourney.

Rob, Artesia Beach campground is located right on Lake St. Helen. It's on the southwest shore. F97 heading north into town turns into Maple
Valley Rd. at Artesia Beach Rd. and basically dead ends into it. They have a pretty decent launch and plenty of parking. The club I used to belong to fished it for years. I never camped there but alot of the guys did and had a good time. I never heard anyone complain.

I always stayed at the Estwood Motel just south of town on F97. They have little cabins. Not big but clean and affordable. No AC. The number is/was 989-389-4980. I have not been there in a couple of years, not sure if it is still a good number.

Top Bass has fished St. Helen before, but it has been awhile. I always liked St. Helen, got my first win there. You might see me there!

It's been years since I've been there, but Artesia Beach used to have cabins, too.
