Looking for a 4" tube bait in Black w/gold specs.  Textured finish would be prefered but smooth is my second choice.  I would like also to get into making these myself if there might be someone who can guide me through this process I would be greatly appreciated.  Writing this from Maine and I have fished in your state of Michigan on Burt Lake, Lake Mich.  Great fishery!!!  Thanks in advance for any and all help on this matter.  Tight Lines all and keep it reel!

If you are looking into making tubes, you should check out www.tackleunderground.com.  go into the forums and from there into the soft plastics link.  there is a guy in there who actually sells a kit and a video for making tubes by dipping them horizontally.  his user name is bojon.  find him and he can really help you to get started.

you can also pour them using an aluminum mold.  The mold can be found at www.del-mart.com.  if you want textured sides, pouring would be the way to go but you would have to custom order a mold which can get expensive.  but depending on how many tubes you use, it might be worth it.

I will tell you that getting into hand pouring baits is very expensive.  But its a ton of fun and gives you something to do during the off season.

Hope this helps.

visit www.komododragonplastics.com

The website is not complete, but he will make anything for you: literally. 4" tubes at any custom color.

His stuff is great too: biodegradable, scented, and 100% made in the USA.
