I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

looks like the 7th & 8th of june... is there any bass-boat friendly campgrounds in the area? Haven't decided what ramps/areas we are fishing yet but plan to be mobile.... also - how the timing? i've always been told early june is the time to go. we're just gonna fun-fish for once :)

The last time I stayed up there was at Interlochen State Park.  Smack dab between two awesome lakes (Duck and Green) and approx 15 or so miles from downtown Traverse City.  Nice facilities there, and you can get a site right on Duck Lake.

Traverse City State Park has a campground and is on the south end of the east bay just east of downtown. I have also stayed at a holiday park campground by chums corners ( only about ten min. from the east bay).

We had electric.  I don't know if every site there does, but we did.  Might want to ask if you reserve a site.

Sounds like Duck is good.  Green is great.  Ask TCook about how we nailed em there.

I agree with the state campground and holiday campground.  I would choose the state campground if you want to fish the bays.
Also if you can be flexible with the dates you come up I would wait until right around fathers day.  The end of june is prime for the bays.
