I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Me & the dude were fishing BAU at Muskegon Sunday and when we put the boat on the trailer afterward, my keelguard was gone.  Just the 3M adhesive still stuck to the keel.  I bought it in mid April, installed in mid May, following every little detail of the directions perfectly.  Now it is gone.  I am going to contact them later today to see what they have to say.  Anyone have any experience like this?

Not sure how that happened, but anyway....

I called them and told them what happened.  They said they would send me another one.  They asked for pictures, so they could send them to 3M.  We'll see.

I'm looking at the different brands and it is good that they are taking care of you, otherwise they would be off my list when I buy one.

I just installed one on my boat 3 weeks ago and so far no problems.
Remember you don't quit fishing when you get old, you get old when you quit fishing

It seemed like a good product, and easy enough to intall.  They provided all of the tools and adhesive, etc to install.  Having heard about the adhesive problems, I frequently checked, and it never seemd the slightest bit loose anywhere.  I belive it is a good product, that's why I'm getting another one rather than my money.  We'll see.

I sent the pictures at 3:00 this afternoon, an at 3:40 I got a reply that a new one is on the way.

I've had a hamby protector on my Ranger for 9 years and it is still tight. It was professionaly installed. It cost more to go that way, but no problems - priceless.

Thought about it, but not gone that route yet. Haven't heard a whole about any of them coming off regardless of marina/manufacturer install verses do-it-yourselfers.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
