Micro guide repair on a falcon bucoo

Any one know of a rod repair guy in oakland county of in the two county area that could repair a micro guide.

The ceramic or whatever you call it is missing on a guide half way up the rod.  I remember I used a guy about 10 years ago that lived in royal oak that did good work.  Not sure if he is still in the area.

Any info would be appreciated....
