I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

if the weather is alright use a jerk bait out by the island I'm not a jerk bait guy so not much luck for me but have watch other kill them.

Waterfoul

Spring and fall I could give you some pointers.  Never really fished it in the summer time.  But, I would treat it like any other deeper, clear water lake.  Natural colors.  I'm sure jigs, t-rigged creatures, drop shot, senkos, blue gill cranks/spinner baits, etc... would all catch fish there.

There is a small sunken island around mid-lake.  The only time I've really fished there in the summer we did catch a few nices ones around it tossing a drop shot.
Addicted to fishing.  All the time, any species, anywhere!!  Especially in West Michigan!!!
