Hey All.... All I got say is, FISH ON!! Today was a day of days on Sanford Lake. K-I-L-L-E-D em. Over 60 fish (70% Largies 30% Smalles). I stopped counting after 40 but I know I at least caught another 20 after that. Water temps as high as 66 degrees today in a few places and as low as 54 in others! Find the warm water and you will find the fish.. Man they were tearing up plastics once I figured out where they were. Also for anyone who is looking to get a hold of some nice Slab Crappie.. That's on as well here. saw a ton of 14 inchers getting yanked out all over the lake.

How long were you out there today? I was in the Z8 and talked for a quick minute as we went under the US10 bridge. We ended up with about 35 today, biggest around 3 1/2lbs. We only fished for about 5 hours today and were very limited in where and what I could fish with. Took my Mom and girlfriend fishing for Mothers Day today so had to fish a lot slower then I would have liked to. Still a pretty good day, a lot better then last weekend. Water is still pretty stained but what a difference a week makes in the water temp.

Oh that was you huh? I was out there most of the day. I searched all over that lake today and finally found em stacked one on top of another. All quality fish as well.not too many drinks. I have a feeling things are gonna be fast and furious the next week or 2.

darn you crushed them!! I gotta get back out there. Did you fish mostly main lake or run the north end??

Coop

North end was colder than the rest of the lake on Sunday for some reason. Just inside the main lake. Should be starting their thing within a week or so. Bit this rain might muddy it up more so I'm sure things will change as usual.
