Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Yesterday at the Natural Resources Commission meeting in Lansing, science prevailed thanks to many, many persons who took the time to write in, and especially those who showed up to speak before the Commission on Commissioner Walters’ amendment to close bass fishing on the Inland Waterway and Black Lake from May 1 until the third Saturday in June.

I feel like a little 12 year old boy on Christmas Eve. So many new lures (**Gifts**) to be opened up and used tomorrow! Got the new boat ready to be run hard. It's gonna be a chilly one, but dry from what I'm seeing on all reports. Crawdad colored RedEye Shad will be first up on my bow! How about all of you? What's your first Christmas Gift of Choice?

Not exactly a Christmas gift, but can't wait to take my new-to-me boat out fishing tomorrow with my club opener on Cass Lake.

Big dreams

I was all set to head out with Coop on Sanford lake this morning...until I got phone calls from work!  Seems Dan isn't the only one having server issues.  What a day for this to happen.  Here it is opening day, and I am stuck working.  AHHHHH   this sucks!

fiker

Also headed out to Cass with the club this morning.  Since I'm not in control of the boat, I don't know exactly where we'll start.  Lure choice will depend on location.
So much water.  So many lures.  So little time.

I hear ya, Big.  I'm here at work all day too.  Although I did take a quick break to go buy several spools of line.  Gotta get some reels ready for Monday (my opener).

And of course as I'm waiting to pull out of the parking lot, a guy goes by pulling his Nitro.  Boo

Nahhh... say hooray for the people who got out. Sorry that some of you have to work. I guess I sort of worked... but it was fun 'work' talking on the radio with Bob Bauer, Chuck Kaminskas, Tom Pardo, the Bob Bauer's Outdoor World crew and the call-in guests.

I admit I was jealous driving back west to Lansing watching bass boats headed east towards the big Lake St. Clair... I guess they can catch a few extra for me! GOOD LUCK!!

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
