Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

14 anglers showed up.  Big fish was 2lb 11oz smallmouth, Eetz weighed in a 2lb 6oz largemouth and I had a 2lb 3oz largemouth.

The most notable thing about the day was around 9:30, Bob got his frog rod out and it started raining...

Kidding aside, I was in Bob's Basscat and we caught all our fish on topwater.  A couple pike launched clear out of the water for us too.  And one really scary big one decided to eat my buzzbait right at the boat.  I've said it before and I'll say it again: if I have to fish in the rain, I'm glad Bob was the guy in the boat with me.

So you guys left my pet 4# smallie alone. That girl will break 20" by next year, and I want to catch her again....That's a fun little lake isn't it ?

Got to give a shout out to Mike Ray,  Brandi ( hope I spelled it right and his group ) for putting it on.  A portion of the money goes to help a family that needs it.  Next week is Saturday on Maceday.  Fish from 8-12 weigh 1 fish.  25.00 entry winner take all.

YpsiBass

Is it saturday or sunday at maceday. I thought it was sunday...

dartag

I thought he said Saturday because there was a club event there Sunday.

A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 76. Chance of precipitation is 50%.

That sounds about right.

dartag

Just got my boat dry fishing on my lake today.  Fishing in October with shorts on.  Got to love it.

bob o must be fishing that thing...

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

Hmmm... must be a very variable forecast.
