Youth Conservation Day August 13, 2011 at D & R Sports

The Southwestern Michigan Long Beards Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation presents its 18th Youth Conservation Day Saturday, August 13th at D & R Sports Center. Check-in is at 9:00am and activities will run until approximately 2:00pm.
YOUTH CONSERVATION DAY SATURDAY, AUGUST 13 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
This event is for any youth age 6-17, and they must be accompanied by an adult over age 21. Each participant will receive a Jakes membership to the National Wild Turkey Federation (a $10 value), a membership card, and a magazine.
A lunch of hot dog, chips and a drink will be provided.
Activities include: - .22-shoot - Cherry seed spitting contest (prizes awarded) - Wildlife presented by Dave Brauer, DNR Wildlife Technician - Archery shoot - Crossbow demonstration - Fishing instruction and more
