Inland Waterway Bass Fishing Closure Defeated

Yesterday at the Natural Resources Commission meeting in Lansing, science prevailed thanks to many, many persons who took the time to write in, and especially those who showed up to speak before the Commission on Commissioner Walters’ amendment to close bass fishing on the Inland Waterway and Black Lake from May 1 until the third Saturday in June.

Maybe if I would have put 10 for 1 it would have been funny but then again some lack a sense of humor let alone any common sense whatsoever.  My apologies for causing problems for McCarter or anyone else.

ROI Outdoors, how many times I have to tell you not to sniff the plastic on your exhibitor badge?!? Next time, please make sure people know it's a bad joke right away.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
