Inland Waterway Bass Fishing Closure Defeated

Yesterday at the Natural Resources Commission meeting in Lansing, science prevailed thanks to many, many persons who took the time to write in, and especially those who showed up to speak before the Commission on Commissioner Walters’ amendment to close bass fishing on the Inland Waterway and Black Lake from May 1 until the third Saturday in June.

D & R Sports Center's 2010 Spring Turkey Workshop is this Saturday March 27 9:30am until 4:30pm at the store in Kalamazoo Michigan.

Attend FREE seminars by Primos pro-staffer Mike Kennedy and speak with representatives from the local chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation.

Mike will be presenting "Basic Turkey Hunting" at 10:00am and "Advanced Turkey Hunting" at 2:00pm.  Both seminars will cover all aspects of hunting for spring turkey, including calls, decoys, and other techniques.

Representatives from the South Western Michigan Long Beards Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation will be here all day with bonus raffles, personal instruction, and NWTF information.
