2022 Ultimate Sport Show Grand Rapids Volunteers Schedule
« on: March 06, 2022, 11:14:24 AM »

Volunteer schedule for the 2022 Ultimate Sport Show Grand Rapids. GreatLakesBass.com will be in booth 1879 next door to Wayne Carpenter, Xtreme Bass Tackle, at the DeVos Place in Grand Rapids. That's in the back right corner of the big room close to the Hawg Trough . Volunteers who help in the booth at least two (2) hours will get a free exhibitor pass to the show that is good for the whole show and cheap parking while you're working the booth.

You will get more details in the private volunteers area of the forum. You will be able to see it once I add you to the temporary show group. I need people who can talk to others in an outgoing, friendly fashion about joining the websites - mostly GreatLakesBass.com and GreatLakesIceFishing.com, handing out stuff and just answering general questions about fishing.

NO ALCOHOL in the booth. No sales of items in the booth.

This is only a 10x10 booth so please, no extra people behind the table who are not on the volunteer list. The schedule can be adjusted some to accommodate people willing to help who can't fit one of the existing time slots. I will setup the booth Wednesday. As usual, I need some extra help please on Saturday while I'm gone about 2 1/2 hours for the Ultimate Bass Clinic from 3PM to 5PM!! I also have Hawg Trough seminars on Thursday from 5pm - 6pm, and Friday from 2pm - 3pm. Heck! I haven't seen or talked to a lot of you in awhile, just stop by and visit. Keep me company! :) THANK YOU for your HELP!
