1st Annual Spring Fling 2009

Ive spent some time setting up this OPEN tournament, why it took me so long to post it here i dunno?

Myself and a friend are holding this C&R tournament on Croton on MAY 10th, all are welcome, this is a manditory 2 man split team tournament with all teams splitting up, each teams backseater is put into a draw for the back seat they fish in, Since its C&R season it is required by law that you measure and immediately release all fish, each angler measures the other anglers fish and we will be using the golden rule conversion tables using length i.e. PAPER tournament!
Each pair of angles in the boat Will also be competing together for TOP BOAT, this pays only 1 place!
With no team or angler measuring their own fish, this can be done successfully, without worry of cheating as no 2 anglers in any boat will be partners aside from for the inside tournament for TOP BOAT!
I see this as an excellent chance to get out and tournament fish in the C&R season along with the chance to fish with someone new!

May 10th is rapidly approaching, C&R opener just a week away, I know you all have the itch as I do!
Consider Joining us for the day on Beautiful Croton Pond for a C&R tournament, were expecting awesome weather with fish that are not only willing to bite, but they fee its their JOB! he he he
We have some of the C.O.T.M. guys attending, would be nice to meat some of the GLB guys too!

Spring Fling Classic, im hoping for decent participation, and would like to make this an annual event, of course this 1st year's participation will determine that, so lets make it happen!

I was wondering when you were going to figure out that May 10 was Mothers Day.  I could have made it, but my lovely bride and Mother of my children would have divorced me.      Remember....when Momma ain't happy nobodies happy.....when Daddy ain't happy.....who cares!!!!
