Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

You can use contact cement or water proof carpet adhesive or both.  Carpet adhesive is a little easier to work with because it doesn't instantly bond like contact cement.  You should be able get either at your local hardware or home improvement store.  I did my boat a year or two ago, it was a big job but not as bad as I thought it was going to be.

Mine is loose as well.  Do you just have to do the edges?  Or should you apply the glue to more to make sure it doesn't come loose again?

3m sells a spray glue that work pretty well.

If the edges are coming loose I would try and clean up as best you can even use a little acetone to get the dirt and other loose stuff cleaned up.  Let it dry good and place a coat of contact cement on the carpet and on the area you are gluing.  Let both surfaces sit for a minute to get tacky and then stick it down.  It should hold the best that way and give you an instant bond.
