Also there is a Krogers across the street, actually at the light at the entrance to the ramp, which is pretty handy. I was just up there 2 weeks ago for 3 days. Quiet ramp, but beware when they come to pump out the restrooms. OH MY! Didn't really notice a problem with water depth, or traffic.

I don't remember the exit numbers, but DON"T use the first Algonac exit off I-94. There is construction and you can't turn left off the exit. We got off there and had to get back on 94 west to turn around then go up to the next one.

On an interesting side note, that ramp in Algonac was the first time I've seen border patrol at a launch site. You guy's have fun and be safe. I love fishing that area.

As of today I can make it next Saturday.  I can make it as a boater or non, but want you to know that I've never fished there before (as a boater and non).  Looking forward to it though!

23 mile road is closed to right hand turns from 94 and down to one lane I would say the marine city ramp would be the best choice you can take marine city highway all the way there. just  let me know what time and ramp and im in for sure as a boater. I have an open spot in the boat for a non boater with a canadian. thanks

Ill be there with 2 poles and a US bus pass. Usually have my CN but I just didnt enter enough tournaments this year to justify. We can pair em up best in the mornin.

Are pairings made prior to, or during the morning of the fishing? In essence, do you just show up then your paired, or are you supposed to pair prior to fishing?

If you really want to fish with someone in particular, then you make your own pairings. 

Usually, right about now, somebody like Tom, does the pairings. 

I'll be there, as a non boater, US waters only.

I would say to stay with Algonac. 
1.  To change it now, we might miss somebody.
2.  It is accessable to more US waters, including the lake if you are inclined.
3.  If you get off at I believe it's 26 mile rd, go towards Marine City, to Palms rd., turn Right.   When it ends, turn left and that will take you to the Algonac Ramp.

Algonac Ramp at 6 A.M. as per the schedule. If it is too dark maybe we can discuss our plan of attack for a few minutes before launching.
